Time Period (Stay Duration)

Company Financials : Company PAN Card, Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 assessment years, and the last 6 months of the company’s Current Bank Account Statement (stamped and certified by the bank).
Partnership/Authority Proof : Partnership Deed (if applicable) along with a Consent/Authority Letter confirming that business operations will be smoothly managed by a partner or designated manager during your absence.

Personal Financial Proofs

Bank Statement : Stamped and certified personal Savings Bank Account Statement for the past 6 months, demonstrating a stable, gradual, and healthy balance.
Income Tax Returns : Personal ITR acknowledgments for the past 2 to 3 years.
Asset & Investment Proofs : Fixed Deposits (FDs), Mutual Funds, Share portfolios, or any other liquid investments.

Travel Purpose & Invitation Proofs

Invitation Letter : If visiting relatives or family, a formal invitation letter along with their legal status proof (Visa, Green Card, or Passport copy) and utility bills.
Event/Convocation Proof : Official invitation cards or university letters if travelling to attend a child's graduation ceremony or a family milestone.
Travel Itinerary : A tentative day-wise plan of stay and sightseeing (Note: The US Embassy explicitly advises against booking confirmed, non-refundable flight tickets before visa approval).

Complete Form DS-160 : Carefully fill out and submit the comprehensive online non-immigrant visa application.
Pay the Visa Fee : Create a profile on the official scheduling portal, generate the payment receipt, and pay the $185 USD fee.
